In 2021, some Vietnamese Government website was hacked by an Unknown Entity. The leak includes over 19k Unique rows.

Compromised data: Dates of births, Genders, Full Names, Place of Births, Home towns, Job Titles, etc, read the spoiler below for more info

IMPORTANT:

The english translation is pretty bad. Google translate seems to do a much better job and has a better ability of understanding.
