I haven't purchased this however I think all official leaks are on the BreachedForums CDN, which is supposed to have 24/7 uptime.

I'm having issues with it. You can test on the free database like SoundCloud. If that doesn't work their entire CDN is probably down and it might be worth trying again later.

I'm getting the following error on multiple leaks.
