Of course there is. For example, proprietary Youtube Music app or open-source NewPipe, which is a project of piped.video, for Android. You can also download some using Telegram bots: deezermusicbot.t.me is my personal favorite.

thanks for the suggestions. but I am looking for an android app that can download music from streaming sites like spotify or deezer. the downloaded file should contain the music meta data like the title, artist info, album cover etc. I did have a moded spotify app but it can't download music for offline use

bro just get spotify, this isnt the limewire days lol where you need to download music free. you literally can get spotify for a year for like $10 or use another countries currency for even cheaper. its more of a hassle to get for free
