When trying to unlock threads that has a paywall of 7 or less credits, it will make you spent 8 credits instead.

Its fixed now.
Also button for hidden now require you to put (reply to view) or paid credits. After clearing cache it will require. in onion button hidden fixed. For clearnet, some time for cache clear.
