2️⃣ Goto https://purchasealerts.visa.com/vca-web/check to check if the card is eligible for visa alerts.

3️⃣ If it's eligible then create a visa purchase account and add cc into it.

4️⃣ Then you'll get all alerts on email. Now anytime you make a purchase with this card, they will send alert to your personal email which you added to the visa alert site.

5️⃣ Now go back to the Moonpay account, add the cc u just purchased.

6️⃣ They will send micro deposit amount like $O.xx into the cc and ask you to verify it.

7️⃣ You will get an email alert telling you the amount which was sent.

9️⃣ Go back to Moonpay account; write the amount there to verify. And you can now buy any amount of btc you want to buy, depending on the credit card balance.
