In 2019, One of the major Ecuadorian forums Forosecuador was hacked by unknown hackers and published to a popular hacking forum. Comprising of 84k unique email addresses, the data also included IP addresses, usernames and passwords, stored as bcrypt and Vbulletin hashes. The data was reposted on BreachForums in 2024 by @ctf
