Are Halo CE and Halo 2 the most influential FPS games of all time?

I think they are. Every FPS game made after halo CE and halo 2 were inspired by them. I don’t really think FPS games would be the same if halo never existed. I know some people are going to bring up call of duty, and you’re definitely right. But ultimately Halo CE was one of the first FPS games and first games in general to have such a unique and diverse storyline within it. Games before that didn’t really have that.
