Zadarma is very good, very complete and the KYC is easy since they are pre-loadable files (they request a photo of a driver's license from both sides of the country from which you want to obtain a number or passport) the only thing you have to take care of is the payment method to load the account and not leave traces in case of a use you know "doubtful"
