i have one doubt - if i save a number, will anyone can use that same number again??

I'm sure that 2fa is number provided based so if anyone every tries to input that number into the service you attached it to in the first place they will get the text if using the same service, so to ensure that you could (as most applications or websites provide) is to use a google authenticator or something else to tripple ensure the 2fa.
