the title and im talking about leaking everyone in my school including their first and last name with their email lol i dont know if its considered a data breach bc i know its skid activity but it could be considered a data breach what do you guys think?

So yes, its a data breach, since its not public knowledge. Its protected and confidential data, and somewhat sensitive, especially if the schools name also got leaked.
Also, always consider your OpSec and forum rules.

By definition I am pretty sure that such an act would count as a data breach--assuming, of course, that the emails were not meant to be made public in the first place.
