The script isn't the best probably but it has worked for me without issues. It opens Chrome without a graphical interface and sends the bump command.
If you want a gui for debugging comment this line out with a #:
options.add_argument('--headless') # Run in headless mode
Modify the script by changing the discord email, password and bump channel url. Install Google Chrome, Python and the py dependencies with this command: "pip install selenium webdriver_manager"
Save this as a .py file: https://aespaste.com/bump
