I am pleased to announce that the Escrow system is officially back up and running.
After a period of downtime, we have relaunched it in semi-automatic mode.
The system handles the full process end-to-end, with one exception: each transaction currently requires a manual sign-off from an admin before it is confirmed.
To be clear on how it works:
Escrow requests are submitted and processed through the system as usual. Once a request is initiated, an admin reviews and validates it manually before the funds are released. This step is intentionally kept quick - we are actively monitoring the queue and will not let requests sit.
Why the manual validation?
We are currently in a testing phase. Running the system semi-automatically allows us to oversee every transaction in real conditions, catch any edge cases before they become problems, and ensure that everything operates exactly as intended before we fully automate the process. Your funds deserve full oversight, and that is what we are providing.
Once we are confident in the system's stability, we will transition to full automation. We will announce it when that time comes.
