Is breakcore the most bland and annoying genre of music?

I think yes.

If you want to see some of the most annoying people that are currently alive follow some breakcore producers on twitter and enjoy all of their pretentious annoying snarky tweets.

Also the music in general is just bland and every song sounds the same + every popular producer has been outed as some form of predator or is just a weird person.

It's easy to create, therefore easily over saturated. I remember Sewerslvt mentioning how irritating the entire breakcore scene really is.

There's just better music out there.

I don't think Breakcore has any real subgenres, because it's almost at complete mashup of dance music genres anyway. You could say that it has several offshoot cousins. Raggacore, Raggajungle, Comedycore, Noisecore, but those are going to be pretty niche of the niche, and as soon as you take away the breaks, then it's most likely in a new subgenre nothing to breakcore.
