You can start with websites like g2g, eldorado, epicnpc, playerauctions etc. They should be close enough to what you want.

Back in the day used to see a lot of people selling various digital goods and accounts on Selly.gg. As for me I've always bought secondhand keys from G2A or Kinguin but I've never sold any through them so not sure on fees etc.

Selling gift cards and VPNs? Sorry, but sounds like some degenerate behavior, rather sell databases and learn coding.
