OTP/Spoof service or bot

Need a OTP/spoof bot which can spoof a callerID but is simple to create a script. Need something where i can simply have the automated bot say "If this was not you press 1" . Any advice/rec's , FYI has to be cheap or free trial. im not paying a lot jus to get finessed or something that isnt wat i need or doesnt wrk
