No, this is not same HSYS was 101 million, this is 109 million. But i dont remember where did they get this.
I removed all of my databases. This is problem for me, because i recently learned i need to provide some samples...

Yes, the most up-to-date data is 109M TC (our Social Identity Number) is correct, the old data is 101M (HSYS), some birth dates could be wrong.
I recommend checking both data while doing research

109 million data is USOM data i guess.
