The buyers place is 90% scammers, all bluefags. As a result a lot of sample collectors don't care if they get banned after collecting the data.

My suggestion is to restrict the Buyer's Place (like Upgraded Lounge) for ranked users. It may not stop the scams altogether but we can make it more difficult for the scammers.
