Genshin Impact is fucking horrible, I don't know why people even play it lmao... Kenshi is a 10/10 game in my opinion (Kenshi 2 is coming soon), its an open world game where u control your characters and you forge your unique history, its a pretty fucking sick game I recommend it 100%, its a little bit hard so I recommend u to save frequently.

Also another good game like Kenshi is Rimworld, they are similar, open world game where u make your own history.

Hotline Miami 1 and 2 are absolute goats too.

Red Dead Redemption 2 I have to admit that its a good game, but I don't really like it personally, you should try it anyways because its a nice game.

If GTA V and Skyrim are off the table, go for The Witcher 3 (epic quests, great story), RDR2 (cowboy drama, stunning world), BOTW/TOTK (freedom + physics fun), or Elden Ring (freedom + suffering). Pick your poison!
