As a German, I can tell you that "secure" and bulletproof hosting on servers located in Germany is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. German authorities will send the BKA on your ass at the first complaint and block the servers faster than anyone else can. Not a good hosting option. The strict data protection laws don't help either.
