Requirements :
A photo of your head
Your account with verified meta
You must enter your first and last name.
Step 1:
Take your profile picture, and the image you want as your profile picture.
You need to put your photo of your head in the 4 corners of the photo you want to use.
Once uploaded to Instagram, your head will be on the profile photo but not visible to users.
Step 2:
Be sure to put your correct first and last name on your Instagram and apply for Meta Verified.
Usually 1/2 of the time it’s accepted, but if it’s not, don’t hesitate to enlarge your head and reapply.
