First, I want to sincerely apologize for the events that have occurred within BreachForums over the past month for every bugs and all attacks over us.

I would like to clarify the situation.
The old administrator under the name N/A, who appeared to hold administrative authority, abused their perceived position to conduct an exit scam totaling approximately $5,000 - $10,000 using escrow. He/They also attempted to damage the reputation of BreachForums by misusing that perceived status.

To be absolutely clear:

N/A never had access to BreachForums servers, databases, or source code. His role was misrepresented, and they did not have any real administrative control over the platform. The sale of BreachForums or access to internal systems is also completely false.
No database or source code has been leaked or exposed.

The only thing N/A ever controlled was BreachForums old domain (.as), that he bought. he used this to sell and "prove" ownership, and as I said in telegram we ALWAYS sign our messages with PGP.

BreachForums is more than just a platform — it is a community. I understand that trust has been damaged, and rebuilding that trust will not be easy. However, I am will restore the integrity and reputation of BreachForums and as I always said breachforums will never die, we are reopening with a February backup.

I deeply apologize to everyone affected.

I know words alone are not enough, but I will do everything possible to regain your trust and move forward together.
Regarding those who were scammed by N/A: over the coming month, I will personally refund lost funds asap.

BreachForums should never be a place for scams, and I stand firmly against what has happened.

It's been one hell of a month! I'm sure all of you are worried, confused and concerned. Rest assured we have things under control. The FBI has yet to release any details on the arrest of our previous administrator Baphomet, so in regards to this, all we can do is speculate.  However, to be transparent with everyone, we would like to confirm that through Baphomet, they did indeed get the database. Proper precautions need to be put into place by everyone. I hope everyone learned from the seizure of BF1 to have proper OpSec.

Now, onto the absolute buffoonery of the FBI, NiceNIC, and the complete shutdown of an entire datacenter just to obtain user data.

The FBI requested NiceNIC to point the DNS to their nameservers for the seizure page, and we decided the best course of action would be to ask NiceNIC for the domains back and very unexpectedly they complied. We then substituted their seizure banner with our new telegram group and 'Fuck Tha Police' song by N.W.A.

After the absolute embarrassment of having their seizure page taken away, they wrote the following letter to NiceNIC while wiping away tears, short-circuiting their keyboards, and requesting the domains be transferred to their account.



Cue the second round of embarrassment for the FBI. Unbeknownst to them, we had transferred the domains to another registrar using the EPP code (saved before seizure). Mr. Sean and  'Special Agent' McKelvey have now been placed on suicide watch after being proven to be complete morons, fucking up a seizure this badly. That's not the end of it either, the FBI went as far as to shut down a legitimate business entirely by seizing EVERY SERVER in an ENTIRE datacenter just to obtain the escrow data. We'd like to apologize to NiceVPS for causing the FBI to shut down your business.



Moving forward: Save the .onion URL. Obviously, clearnet domains aren't going to last forever, though if it goes anything like how it has gone so far we might keep .st forever. We're working on getting everything back up and running. There has been a large increase in forum activity which has resulted in a lot of leeching, spamming, and low quality posts in general. I wanted to make a simple thread so it’s clear for new users how our forum works and our simple expectations when using it.

Credits

Credits (sometimes referred to as points) is what is required to unlock hidden content in various sections such as databases, other leaks, as well as official databases. You can earn credits several ways:

- Posts on the forum after a certain period of posts will earn credits. Low quality posts, and spam in general will result in a ban.
- Purchase an upgrade here(credits are included in each rank): pwnforums.st/upgrades
- Purchase credits directly here: pwnforums.st/newpoints.php?action=purchasecredits
- Provide new leaks and require other users to unlock them. You can use [ hide ]Your Link[ /hide ] (without the spaces) to require users to unlock the content so you earn credits. Be aware that you must include relevant information about the leaks being shared.

Be aware that new users do not automatically earn credits when making posts to avoid people spamming posts/thread to earn credits then leaving once they unlock the database they wanted. Our automated script will ban you majority of the times, or a member of staff will ban you. Begging for credits will also result in a permanent ban.

Payment Issues

Our payment system is automated, however you should wait at least an hour to confirm that the payment has gone through. We can’t control the time it takes various cryptocurrencies to verify your payment, so we suggest being patient while you payment is verified.

When you make a payment please ensure you keep the transaction url (for example: pwnforums.st/invoice?action=view_invoice&invoice=bf-[txid])

If you have issues with the payment, please contact .Please do not reach out to moderators for payment issues, as they have no ability to verify your payments or provide upgrades/credits. What is Leeching/Spamming

Some sections are reply-to-view,  so we aren’t expecting every reply to a post to be overly intelligent responses, but you should attempt to provide some level of decent quality replies when using our forum.

Spamming is often seen as making a lot of posts in a short period of time, and more specifically posts that are auto-generated, or lazy keyboard smashing type of replies.

Both of these types of posting will result in a permanent ban, and trying to spam posts so you can earn a small amount of credits will most often not work. You are able to appeal these bans but they are more often than not denied.

Escrow

If you are looking to make a deal with another user on our forum, we suggest using the escrow application available directly through our website. The minimum is $20, and we do not charge fees for it (besides normal fees to send the funds). We highly encourage users to use the escrow platform we have built, but it is not required. Be aware that if you choose to not use our escrow platform, there is a strong chance you will be scammed. A user being upgraded, or registered for a long time does not mean they get to not use escrow if you request it.

As many of you have suggested, we are now working to restore official database threads to their original owners. At the start of the forum, we wanted to get official threads back up but as we weren’t restoring the original users database to the new forum - we chose to assign it to one moderator account who would have all the previous threads published on the forum.

Now however, we are giving users who originally leaked official databases on BFv1, ownership over the threads rather than our moderator. Restoring the thread to the original owner will not only let them earn credits moving forward on the unlocks, but any credits earned from the start of BFv2 on these threads will also be credited to the users.

Since a lot of the original users may not currently be on our forum, and not every single user is verified as to being the original owner of their username, there will be a process to get your threads restored. While not perfect, it will at least get us in the right direction to get users their deserved recognition for the data they leaked. All you need to do is PM me on the forum with the title [Restore Original Threads] - [Current Username]. Similar to rank restores, you will need to provide your original username + email, and confirm at least one of the threads you contributed. I can verify the information and get everything restored for you.

Be aware, this is not for all databases ever shared on our forum, only the ones that are part of the official database leaks. Im hoping this will give a chance to continue to reward our members who have contributed to the forum. Responses will not be instant, but again be patient as regardless you will receive the credits you deserve for your contributions.
