A state university, and perhaps the most important one in Panama, with a kindergarten-level cybersecurity and web development quality is absurd. How is it possible that you are storing passwords in this way in your databases? Mmmhu...

Thousands of students trusting that their information was protected by “experts.” Professors teaching about data security and protection while the core system resembles a tutorial on what NOT to do.

The most dangerous thing isn't the vulnerability.
It's the arrogance.

Because when an institution that trains future professionals normalizes practices from 2003, the message is clear: the security is marketing, not discipline.

I didn't publish this for money.
Not for fame. But because someone had to shatter the mirror.
