There's been a fair amount of confusion following the arrest of a 21-year-old Bulgarian known on BF as "MAGADANS" and known elsewhere as "Emil Külev" or "Emil Kyulev."  Now the man you knew as Kmeta, Impotent, or RansomedVC has issued a statement saying he is not Teodor Iliev and has not been arrested. 

I can confirm that he has not been arrested because I have been in frequent contact with him since the arrest  to discuss it with him and Iliev is still in custody.
