I try to stay away from the free ones that you can obtain info with. I know you can do some tricks with Whitepages where you look someone up, get their link and paste it into the Whitepages opt-out form, and then get their basic info, but that simply just doesn't do it for me.

I guess for free stuff, I use https://www.publicrecords.onlinesearches.com/ and just put their name in there. Usually it'll return whatever I need it to.

But typically I use Snusbase or certain Telegram bots that friends of mine make. They're paid resources. There's a method going around for I guess accessing Snusbase premium for free currently.
