Following the international takedown of LeakBase (leakbase[.]la) in early March 2026, the forum’s alleged owner and administrator, known as "Chucky" , was arrested on March 25, 2026 in Taganrog, Russia.

Real name: Artem Igorevich Kuchumov, 33.

- WebMoney IDs registered in Taganrog with official documents.
- Old forum posts (2013) using the alias beakdaz, referencing a girl from Taganrog.
- The Telegram account @beakdaz linked to the same ID used by the LeakBase admin.
- A VK profile with personal info, tied to emails (chuckybhf@icloud.com, chucky@xaker.ru) and phone numbers also used for Njalla payments and SIM registrations.
- Reused pseudonyms across GitLab, Gravatar, Keybase, and RaidForums—some with profile pictures of the Chucky doll.
- Reused same nicknames for 10+ years (Beakdaz since 2013 → Chucky).
- Official forum Telegram registered to personal phone number.
- Used nickname-laden emails for KYC transactions (hosting, SIM cards).
- Public VK profile listed “Darknet” in inspirations and showed local Taganrog connections.
- Zero separation between real identity and darknet activities.
