My suggestion is 

for file hosting, we can implement AES-256 encryption to ensure strong data security. All uploaded files should be encrypted and remain unreadable without the appropriate decryption key.

Restrict the upload of potentially harmful file types, including but not limited to: .exe, .bat, .cmd, .com, .msi, .vbs, .js. Additional extensions to block may include .ps1, .scr, .jar, .hta, and .wsf.
